Flagship Sales Associate (permanent, full time)
Flagship Boutique, Oxford Street, London
We are looking for a TAG Heuer Brand Ambassador for our Flagship Boutique based at the heart of Oxford Street, London. As a Brand Ambassador you will professionally advise our customers of our products and services resulting in the achievement of personal and store sales targets. Providing a high level of luxury service through storytelling, you will be responsible for offering the client an inspirational brand experience which is aligned with our TAG Heuer Values. Active clienteling is an essential part of this role by both reaching out to new clients and reconnecting with existing clients to build upon brand/client engagement in order to achieve brand loyalty and sales.
About You:
· Sales expert with a renowned sales ability and existing client book
· Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
· Previous experience working within a luxury retail environment
· Previous experience achieving and exceeding personal and store sales targets and working to deadlines
· Ability to develop extensive brand and product knowledge
· Able to work flexibly, embrace and manage change
· Be a dedicated team player
· Results orientated
· Exceptional time management skills
· Demonstrate an attitude of positivity, professionalism, conscientiousness and reliability
· Demonstrate confidence & credibility when representing the brand at in store events
· Problem solving and taking initiative
