As a Pastry Chef/Baker you will lead a team of eager and talented individuals that work hard and relentlessly to deliver outstanding food to our customers. Every dish is lovingly prepared one plate at a time to deliver outstanding service to our customers. The ingredients we use are of the highest local produce.

You will be proving and baking items for our beautifully presented displays and know our products and recipes inside out and contribute towards new products. Helping us elevate our current offering.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section in the kitchen.
- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes.
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget.
- Decorating pastries and other desserts
- Able to develop, designs, or creates new ideas and items for Pastry Kitchen.
- Keeping accurate records
- Operating a variety of kitchen equipment
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
- Prepare and bake pastries and desserts.
Must have good knowledge of different types of pastry, dessert, cake decorating.

Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £10.60-£11.95 per hour
