Salary range: £21,189 - £21,575 pro-rata, per annum
Work location: Barton End Depot, Oxford
Hours per week: 30 – we are open to discussions about flexible working
Contract type: Permanent, Term Time only (working 39 weeks per annum)

About the role
Joining our Central Area team, you will ensure the safe transfer of our vulnerable clients (Adult's and Children) between pick up and drop off locations to enable them to attend various activities.
About you
Although no formal qualifications are required for this post you should have a good standard of general education and the ability to communicate and share information. The ability to deal with challenging situations and be comfortable around people with learning and physical disabilities.
You should be fit enough to move wheelchairs and operate vehicle lifts, to have a reasonable understanding of IT and smart mobile Phones and to be able to work in a team environment.
