We have an exciting opportunity for a Media Relations Associate to join our PR team, within our Fenwick Bond Street office.

About the role
As a Media Relations Associate you will support and deliver the commercial strategy of the business by building and sustaining media relationships. Whilst managing a busy workload, you will use these relationships to amplify the Fenwick brand and engage with new and existing customers.

· Strong understanding of market trends and social media platforms
· Strong relationship builder and brand ambassador. Able to identifywhere and how to position brand Fenwick
· Exceptionally organised and a strong communicator
· Ability to manage ambiguity, juggle tasks and meet deadlines on a daily basis
· Excellent grasp of Fenwick brand identity. Ability to use creativity and commercial instincts in decision making process
· Thorough and in depth understanding of Fenwick customer profile and appreciation of how to target this demographic across all channels and locations
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
· Establish and nurture media relationships with top tier fashion editors, directors, stylists and influencers, driving the Fenwick strategy through press engagement.
· Identification of, and capitalising on media opportunities nationally, regionally and digitally with media network (including key press and influencers)
· Support the delivery of4 major campaigns across the annual marketing calendar by securing press coverage and media placement of products.
· In addition to campaigns, continually support the needs of the business for second tier activity, new focus areas & hospitality ie restaurants /
· Work closely with Buying & Merchandising to deliver the commercial objectives for each area. In particular helping support the launch new brands via media engagement, and helping hit new season sales targets by continually building awareness of Fenwick product offer.
· Work closely and cross functionally with buying & retail to support new concession areas and Fenwick own brand with press launches, influencer coverage, and print media.
· Deliver regular weekly reports for media coverage including ROI.
· Plan and manage media budgets.
· Manage and track the loan of items to press & influencers, working with retail operations to ensure stock security.
