Job description
We are seeking passenger assistants to assist adults and children with disabilities and special educational needs to and from school.
This is a hands on caring role which incorporates assisting vulnerable passengers travelling with Rotherham Community Transport and working in conjunction with the driver to provide a professional, safe and enjoyable journey.
The successful applicants will be required to follow various company procedures including Health and Safety, Child Protection and an Enhanced DBS will be required before employment can be commenced.
Mandatory training will be given in PATS - a comprehensive training package which aims to improve passenger safety by providing the skills and information for passenger assistants to understand and meet the needs of their passengers and various other training courses at the company's discretion i.e first aid training/evacuation training of a vehicle in an emergency and more specialised training where necessary.

Split Shifts - Approx. 07:30-09:30 & 14:30-16:30
