Key duties:

  • Lead, develop and motivate a team to of coordinators and executives to meet stretching SLA’s designed to exceed customer expectations and reports back on results to Recruitment LT
  • Establish and embed and maintain efficient and cost‐effective processes, ensuring full team adherence and compliance.
  • Assesses & reacts to data generated and collated on Pass Issue productivity, including responsibility of stock.
  • Delivers measurable continuous service and efficiency improvements through leading and participating in improvement projects
  • Strategic thinker, seeking continuous improvements to Pass Issue processes.
  • Ensures candidate experience reflects the British Airways Brand and candidate expectations, using best practice.
  • Problem solver and innovative thinker, driving forward positive change.
  • Provides corporate wide communications regarding ID Passes, on regulatory updates.
  • Accountability for ID Pass Accreditation Checks, corporately.
  • Responsibility for compliance on Criminal Records Checks, UK and Overseas.
  • Accountability for Counter Terrorist Checks, corporately.
  • Participates in projects and working groups, relating to Pass Issue processes.
  • Exercises the right to refuse the issue of any pass where after inspection, checks do not meet standards.
  • Management of budgets and expenditure.
  • Managing and maintaining the Pass Issue comms sites.
  • Passing relevant information to, and seeking assistance from, the appropriate enforcement units where necessary.
  • Accountable for compliance against Home Office Regulation, by checking and tracking right to work documents for our colleagues.
  • Accountable for compliance with all legal, regulatory and British Airways’ policies.
  • Ensures that all information is stored and processed in line with Company and legal requirements e.g. GDPR.
  • Tracking of all migrant workers across the business.
  • There is an expectation that you will undertake ad-hoc work on an exceptional basis or provide relevant cover for other team tasks.
