Parts Advisor
Swansea, Full-time permanent contract
£25,000 - £26,000 + bonus + great benefits

Vibe Recruit is currently seeking Parts Advisor for our well-established client representing one of the biggest global automotive brands due to business growth.
Parts Advisor - Main Duties
- Answering inbound calls with courteous professional manner providing excellent customer service
- Picking parts from part stores and allocating them to technicians
- Receive parts orders from customers and give advice on any additional requirements, matching orders against stock items
- Maximising sales through upselling
- Prepare customers orders for dispatch having great attention to details to ensure accuracy
- You take pride in providing great customer service over the phone and face-to-face
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- You have great attention to details
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role,
- Availability to work 1 saturdays in 3 in a month
