We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager (Partnerships) to join us at M&S. This is a 12 months fixed term contract. The purpose of this role is to oversee the day-to-day management of the partnerships between England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland Football Associations with M&S Food.
Key Accountabilities and Measures
Driving the M&S Food health agenda through a market leading partnership
Lead the strategic planning and marketing across the M&S Food partnerships with England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland Football Associations
Lead cross functional team to oversee the strategy for partnership within the Food Group
Lead cross functional teams in the creation of the annual marketing plan, including identifying new opportunities and bringing these into reality in a way that delivers commercial results and engages customers.
Responsible for the marketing strategy, including the creative approach, budget allocation and activity plan and the customer KPIs.
Lead on the partnership with the FA around health and wellbeing and implement a plan of activity to support the health of the nation
Work with the FAs, nutritionists, chefs and product developers to feed in new product ideas for the partnership
Liaise with the Clothing & Home partnership team to share strategies for key campaigns and seek opportunities to align and create synergies.
