Position Summary:
As Partnerships Manager you’ll be acting as the first point of contact for all Merchant and Sales inquiries within the Polish business.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing national merchant acquisitions, including negotiating exclusive deals and CPA commissions
- Managing the day-to-day relationships with our national merchants and affiliate partners in Poland
- Acting as the first point of contact for all Polish (and some UK) sales inquiries, and supporting with prospective client demos
- Managing SME client sign-up and implementation process
- Managing client queries and liaising with other BenefitHub functions.
Qualifications:
- You are fluent in English & Polish (firm requirement)
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, in partnerships or sales
- You work well in a team and have great phone manner skills
- You take initiative on your own and enjoy taking ownership of your clients
- You enjoy going beyond clients’ expectations
