Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a UK Partnerships Brand and Design Executive to join our UK Brand Partnerships team. This role will be primarily based at our Chessington World of Adventures Resort office but allows for agile working. The salary on offer for this role is up to £24,000 per annum, based on skills and experience.

About the Role...
Reporting into the Senior UK Brand Partnerships Manager, the Partnerships Brand and Design Executive is primarily responsible for supporting the team in delivering the UK Brand Partnerships plans across the group including collaborating with client facing members of the team to brainstorm ideas, work up opportunities and assist with the activation of our brand partnership campaigns and launch events.
The successful candidate will act as the ‘brand guardian’ for all promotional websites, will collaborate with the Brand Manager to aid the smooth and seamless creation of webpages and website maintenance of all online partnership activity including updated logos and imagery. They will assist the team with end to end management of any design, copy and asset requirements plus the creation of design assets, templates and decks for internal and external use. The Brand and Design executive will also oversee the procurement and fulfilment of all prizing.
About You...
- Educated to minimum A level standard. Degree preferred but not essential

Flexible can-do attitude with a genuine passion for Brands, Partnerships, Design Application and Merlin Attractions

Creative interest with the ability to brainstorm mechanics and suggest new ideas
- Great attention to detail and flair for copy writing
- Ability to multi-task and work to firm deadlines
- Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
- Good interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of people inside and outside the business, including key stakeholders
- Excellent customer service skills a must
- Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills a bonus
