About The Role:
The UK Theatre Partnerships team at TTG is seeking a proactive and strategic Partnerships Manager to develop and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external partners and clients to support business goals. The ideal candidate possesses an extensive network of industry contacts in both the West End and travel or groups trade businesses, combined with a deep knowledge of the theatre and live events landscape across the UK.
Reporting directly into the Senior Director of Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships to drive business. You will work closely with the Partnerships and B2B teams to identify and execute on promotional opportunities that benefit TTG’s partners and B2B clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is entrenched in the theatre world, but boasts a good understanding of B2B sales for the industry and is eager to introduce these relationships to a forward-thinking tech company that is disrupting the events and ticketing space. Please note: this is a hybrid position. Qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area and must be willing to work in our office 2-3 days per week per our hybrid model.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the Partnerships and B2B teams to identify, develop and execute on promotional opportunities to drive incremental sales to benefit TTG, its partners, and its B2B clients
- Champion and lobby for the needs of B2B clients to the wider Partnerships and Marketing teams to ensure its commercial goals are achieved
- Day-to-day liaison with our digital partner team to understand the specific business needs and commercial potential of TTG’s wide portfolio of B2B clients
- Pitch our B2B offering to theatre and live entertainment clients, creatively and convincingly, demonstrating their value to both parties. This includes highlighting the opportunities offered by specific trade rates, group rates and offers, in addition to media sales, travel trade, trade shows, and umbrella initiatives such as Essential West End
- Understand how best to use channelisation to maximise sales across all B2B partnerships, including travel trade and groups business.
- Work alongside our internal set-up team to assist with timely implementation of all promotions, communicating effectively across teams at all times
- Prepare proposals and attend pitch meetings alongside partnerships and B2B teams
- Represent TTG at client meetings and, on occasion, trade shows and similar events
- Internal and external analysis of opportunities and successes
We're Looking for Someone With:
- An extensive network of contacts across West End producers, venue chains and marketing agencies
- An ability to build and maintain professional relationships through phone calls, email correspondence, and face-to-face meetings
- Proficiency in Google Sheets with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Slides
- A strong knowledge of theatre and live entertainment product, both within London and nationwide
- resourcefulness and flexibility; an effective problem solver
- Excellent organisational, planning, time management, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive in approach and eager to identify opportunities to drive business for TTG and our theatre partners alike
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A target-oriented mindset, who is accustomed to working towards ambitious goals
- Some experience of B2B client management
- A familiarity with ticketing programs and proficiency in sales analysis
- Informed knowledge of travel trade and/or the tourism sector
