Job description

• 5+ years of technical business development or partner development experience in the high-tech, eCommerce, retail and/or developer ecosystem dependent services.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating and managing strategic partnerships (agencies, logistics integrators and/or consultancies).

This is an opportunity to join an expanding program within Amazon Shipping in the Tech Partnerships space. We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical UK Partnership Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a unique balance of technical depth, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. As a Partnership Manager you will own our external partner relationships identifying areas to improve customer experience and develop growth strategies.

Key job responsibilities

• Set and execute strategy for working with new and existing partners, including initiating strategic top-to-tops and managing ongoing relationships.
• Prioritize execution across partners with Amazon teams as well as supporting scalable strategies for one-to-many communication with these partners.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new Integration partners acting as a technical liaison between partners, product tech, sales, and support.
• Prepare and deliver partnership priorities outlining progress and roadblocks to senior management.
• Work with Program and Product/Engineering teams to drive innovation of products and features.
• Generate insight-led recommendations to help improve customer experience.
• Influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in a start-up/high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
