We are looking for a highly motivated and flexible Administrative Assistant to support our local Podiatry team within Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust.
You will join one of the largest and forward-thinking Podiatry teams in the country. You will be providing support to the local podiatry team to ensure service provisions within the team are run effectively and efficiently, by undertaking clinical administrative tasks, such as liaising with patients to arrange home visits, photocopying, maintaining stock levels of clinical supplies and completion of standard forms, surveys, audits and data entry.
You must be proficient with all Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel and have the ability to use data bases and handle telephone queries.
The successful candidate would need to demonstrate good communication skills, be organised and able to work on their own initiative.

The role would include the below duties (this is not an exhaustive list):
- Ordering of clinical supplies
- Putting away clinical supplies/ tidying clinic cupboards and stock rotation
- Maintaining patient leaflets and handouts for clinics
- Ordering and rotating of catalogues
- Uploading temperature and cleaning logs to relevant hard drive and completing compliance excel spreadsheet
- Uploading medications delivery slips to relevant hard drive
- Printing off next appointment slips and other specific paperwork
- Managing of instruments packs, replacing missing/ blunt items, completing customer feedback form and emailing to relevant people
- Contacting patients/carers to arrange home visits
