Job description

We are looking for a Partner Services Manager to provide best in class partner servicing and account management to one of our lead commercial partners.

In this exciting and fast paced role you'll be taking responsibility in leading the relationship with some of our most important commercial partners. We're looking for someone with second to none stakeholder management skills, who knows how to get the best out of a commercial partnership for both parties.

Who we are

We are one of the most famous clubs in world football, with a rich heritage and history of success – read more about our history, here.

Beyond that, we are passionate about our local community and, behind the scenes, we have a wide variety of opportunities and career paths for all. We have a very defined purpose: to act for a winning team, culture and community. We achieve this by ensuring we are courageous in the pursuit of progress, we champion our community and each other, and that we do the right thing (even when no one is looking).

Your day-to-day

  • Leading on the day-to-day relationship management for some of our most important commercial partners, with responsibility to collaborate in the development of the strategic activation plan.
  • Providing a dedicated and consistently high level of service to our partners, endeavouring to provide ‘Best-in-Class’ service.
  • Leading on the management and brand activations of our Image Rights players across both Men's and Women's First Teams.
  • Working with our partners to maximise the value of their rights, e.g. identifying and delivering opportunities for Partners to activate their Club association, proactively presenting ideas regularly.
  • Updating senior members of the team with regular status reports, allowing for team discussions around potential areas of improvement and collaborative working.
  • Supporting senior colleagues in managing & implementing specific extra projects throughout year.
  • Management responsibility for one or two junior reports, and promoting their development.

What we are looking for

  • Experience of providing first-class account and project management on behalf of brands.
  • A strong understanding of brand marketing and experience of managing campaigns across traditional and new media channels (e.g. digital and social media).
  • Experience in managing, planning and the implementation of Partnership related activation programmes.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with people of all levels, and someone who is always looking to be a team player.
  • Consistently demonstrating a highly professional and positive attitude to team members and other stakeholders at all times - displaying attributes of a senior manager (in line with our values).
  • A proven ability to work cross-functionally and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
