Why this job matters
You will be responsible for leading post exit negotiation activities for a BT Sales channel, ensuring focus on cost control and optimised operations.
Ensure accurate reporting and administrative closeout of legal liabilities in the everyday operation of the Partner channels and in the course of on-boarding and/or terminations/closure of our Partner relationships
Limits BT from exposure to risk and liability.
Ensures Employees of our Partners have (where appropriate) their obligations met post exit of a contract.
What you’ll be doing
Owning the Full & Final settlement process with ensuring focus on cost control and optimising of the channels operations
Single point of contact with Partners post exit of a contract.
Confirming Full and Final Settlement has been reached with former employees.
Lead on analysis and interpretation of post exit data quality issues, system account ownership, data quality cleanse work whilst highlighting any identified issues that may require system development or consideration against BT’s legal obligations.
Must have an eye on cost control in all aspects of their work.
Supports the completion of business unit-specific risk / control assessments, annual assessment reviews, root cause analysis of operational exceptions and risk mitigation strategies.
Supports projects and initiatives that contribute to the development of a future facing and resilient assurance function capable of predicting current or future risk trends in the business environment.
Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within Business Assurance.
