Freedom Finance, the largest digital lending marketplace and go-to embedded finance partner in the UK, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the CEO and Chief Revenue Officer to onboard new partners and drive the company's ambitious growth plans.
The Partner Operations Manager will be responsible for engaging with partners at all levels, from initial meetings to seamless launch, while ensuring a strong collaborative relationship. The ideal candidate should possess a can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in commercial experience.

Your key responsibilities:
- Partner Acquisition: Collaborate with the CEO and Chief Revenue Officer to support new partners to expand the Freedom Finance ecosystem.
- Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with partners, ensuring effective communication and regular engagement to understand their needs and align strategies.
- Onboarding and Launch: Lead the partner onboarding process from initial meetings through to launch, coordinating internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition and successful implementation.
- Partnership Growth: Collaborate with partners to identify growth opportunities at the point of engagement, analyse market trends, and develop strategies to maximise the potential partnership value that will ultimately enable the Growth Team to increase partner revenue.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Platform, Data, Engineering, and Finance, to align partner objectives and drive joint initiatives that benefit both parties.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in partner development processes, tools, and frameworks, and contribute to the refinement of best practices.
- Market Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform partner acquisition strategies and ensure Freedom Finance maintains a competitive edge.
Qualifications and skills we’re looking for:
- Previous Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in partner development, business development, or a related field, ideally within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated commercial experience, with a track record of driving revenue growth through successful execution of new business onboarding including the B2B contracting process.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Operational Excellence: Strong operational skills, with the ability to execute to plan.
- Process Management: Proven experience in managing process, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering results within agreed-upon timelines.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Collaborative Approach: A team player who can effectively collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and build strong internal and external relationships, with the required gravitas to execute on the tasks at the highest level.
