We are looking for Part time Support Workers who have a ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing and caring but have a calm demeanor when needed. You don’t have to have experience but just the right attitude and share our values. We will ensure you receive first class training when you join us and throughout your career at Hesley Group.
King Street is one of our adult provisions which is made up of three spacious houses and two individual homes and is based in the centre of Thorne. King Street is within walking distance of local facilities including a supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants, parks and leisure facilities. The larger town centres of Doncaster and Goole can be easily accessed by bus.
Being a Support Worker isn’t just about supporting someone in day to day life, it’s about having fun! The people we support are very involved in the things they like to do so they would love their Support Workers to play an active part in the things they enjoy as well. Fun could be anything from listening to music, gardening, going to church or even going to the seaside. We provide support that is person centred so that everyone has the right support for them.
Weekdays: Earlies 07:30 – 14:45, Lates 13:15 – 21:45
Weekends: Earlies 07:30 – 13:45, Lates 13:15 – 21:45
Because of the nature of its work with children and vulnerable adults the Hesley Group uses the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) to make checks at an enhanced level on all persons whose work or proposed work for any Group Company will involve regular contact with or working in close proximity to children and vulnerable adults in the Group’s care. This post is subject to the enhanced level DBS check
About You
You don't need to have experience but it is essential that you share our values.
