We are currently recruiting a PART-TIME Supervisor
Job Description
As supervisor at the The North Face.
- Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Open & close the store, including cashing up and completion of associated administrative duties.
- Lead by example, successfully promoting and recommending the North Face, giving first class customer service, while supporting team members as and when required
- Process stock deliveries and store transfers.
- Champion and support the achievement of monthly targets
- Deal with customer queries and complaints.
We're looking for dynamic and self-motivated individual who share our passion for mountain sports and for providing superior customer service, You must be fully flexible to work any days including weekends and bank holidays. Previous retail or outdoor experience is desirable but not essential. Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: Up to £11.45 per hour
