We are recruiting a VP Content Designer with content strategy experience to join our team.
We are looking for thoughtful and thorough candidates to deliver insightful user journeys and content, whilst focusing on process and strategy so we have efficient approaches that can scale across our content department. We want someone who lives best practice, and is able to train and support other members of the team to do the same. We want someone who loves content design, who can sell the benefits of it to a range of stakeholders including our designers, researchers, and product owners.
This is a hands-on UX writer role, with a focus on strategy to create standards and processes to better serve content solutions. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team that includes researchers, product designers, product managers, engineers, and business partners who share your passion for delivering unique and innovative financial digital products and services of all kinds, including trading and advice platforms. In addition, this role works directly with international teams located in the US, UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:
Understand and align on project objectives, goals and requirements
Write, shape and deliver digital content (UI, product education, navigation, etc.)
Take user insights and data to inform and optimize content
Work closely with designers in the development of content across wireframes and iterative prototypes
Address feedback to improve the performance of our content and user experience.
Adhere to content governance and approvals process for assigned programs
Provide recommendations to improve processes, tools, and approaches to content
Qualifications:
Experience in writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects
A portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines
Thorough knowledge of English language, grammar, spelling, punctuation and usage
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience working with brand and copy standards, including style, voice and tone
Management experience a plus
