Are you a confident self motivated sales person that loves selling? Perhaps you are looking for a part time role to boost your earnings?
Experience in working with tradespeople desirable but not essential.
£15ph plus OTE of £800pm in commission + (Uncapped earnings if you do better than expected) - Estimated take home is £1400 per month
Local Customers On Tap is a progressive, modern, effective company that does things a little differently and worked closely with its sister company - Marketing Agency DP Marketing Communications.
We are looking for a motivated, efficient, commission driven and proactive sales person with bags of enthusiasm and experience in lead generation, telesales, social media and an interest in marketing to join our team. Must be comfortable working on their own one day a week and the other day (or two half days) at the company HQ in Abington ( Birchfield Road East Northampton) to collaborate with the director on ideas, training and progressing leads down the marketing funnel.
We are looking for someone that can consolidate warm leads ( we estimate 166 per month) and help us to grow the business. Ideally we are looking to work with someone long term and grow the business as we do - the plan is to have a sales team so this is just the start with significant opportunities to make the role their own
We believe in flexible working here and one day is completely remote. If performance is shown after the training period, the amount of remote working will be happily increased ( as will hours).
Responsibilities:
- Consolidating Warm Leads
- Client relationship building
- Accurate reporting of sales pipelines in our CRM (Brevo)
- Report sales progress
- Use Google Sheets to record leads.
- Must have experience of tech and strong computer skills
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Be a positive advocate of what we do!
Things you’ll need….
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (obvs).
- Good banter desirable
- Being tech and digitally savvy is a must
- Relevant work experience in sales
- An interest in marketing & social media
- Strong time management skills
- Proven ability and achievements in a sales role.
- You must be self employed
- Confidence is key
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to work independently
- A sunny disposition and a can-do attitude!
Salary:
The hourly rate for billable time is £15 p/h. We are offering commission on sales in addition to this basic wage ( 40 sign ups = £800) and profit share bonuses for performance every year.
