If so, you might be interested in our part time Reward Advisor role based within our colleague focused People team!
Package: c£30k DOE pro-rata, 25 holiday days (plus your birthday off), paid day off for charity work, life assurance, and pet insurance discount.
We are looking for someone to work around 30 hours per week, however, to ensure cover in the team, some hours on Monday and Tuesday will be required.
We can accommodate fully remote or hybrid working arrangements, we like to meet up as a team a couple of times a year in our Head Office in Amesbury and would be nice if you can join us (although this isn’t a deal breaker)!
What you`ll get up to as a Reward Advisor
As our Reward Advisor you will support the Reward Partner in the delivery of our Reward offering here at Animal Friends, to attract, engage, and motivate colleagues while remaining consistent with our values.
This role will also be outward-looking, focusing on colleague experience by managing ‘The Hive’ our benefits and recognition portal, including regularly refreshing content and maintaining colleague data, proactive communication across the business, and supporting colleagues with their queries by monitoring the reward inbox. This role will suit someone with an analytical mindset who can manipulate large data sets for both reporting and supporting in making recommendations and will have a focus on benchmarking and grading across the business.
What we look for in you
- Experience in a Reward role or a HR Advisor role with a reward bias.
- Experience in benchmarking roles ideally using Willis Towers Watson methodology.
- Knowledge of the annual pay planning cycle.
- Excel skills including experience of using VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables, and the ability to work with large sets of data
- Commercial acumen with a keen interest in understanding the external reward landscape
