The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist to join our friendly team at Oldham Volkswagen. You will be working as part of a team responsible for the service and care of our customers and colleagues.
As Receptionist you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, visitors and colleagues entering the dealership. You will also be answering the phone in a warm and welcoming way and directing calls to the correct departments.
Each day you will also be responsible for the post distribution of incoming and arranging outgoing post. There may also be times where you are required to support our Sales and Aftersales departments with administration tasks and preparing refreshments.
Hours of work:
Mon + Tues - 8.30AM - 6PM
Sat - 9AM - 5PM
Sun - 10AM - 4PM

- Experience of managing your own workload

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Friendly and welcoming in nature
- A full driving licence would be beneficial
