Based in London, LandPropertyGroup LTD secures development opportunities for our investor clients. We ensure to package the deal to include every aspect required to carry out the project successfully. Our support for investors extends to sourcing vetted local builders for the project, whom are within budget and cost effective. Sites are sourced across the UK via agents, council and direct with vendors.

Objective:
We are seeking a fully qualified RIBA architect who has completed their masters in architecture and able to work part-time from home.
Job tasks:
- Creating full planning application and full construction package drawings for basic 1 to 2 storey residential buildings.
- Looking at local planning laws to ensure design in keeping with policy
- Visit sites in London
Essential requirements of the candidates:
· Graduated with a RIBA Accredited MSc in Architecture
- Must be part of the Architect Registration Board (ARB)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect in the U.K
- Have successfully passed your RIBA Part 3 examination
· Have experience of planning and construction packages from concept through to construction detailing and specification drawings.
- Ability to create 3D Render images
· An awareness of current trends in architecture and interior design
· Ability to work under pressure & Independently
· Based in London/willing to travel to London on the odd occasion (Once or twice a month - Usually weekends)
· Be fluent in both spoken and written English.
Software skills required:
· Autocad
· SketchUp
- Revit
· Microsoft Office
Pay:
- Self-employed 12month contract
- Commission based - £1250 per project drawings. Each project will include planning application and construction package drawings, however sites will not exceed 3 dwellings.
- Uncapped earning potentials.
- Earn £12500 per year from just one project a month to £37500 per year from 3 projects a month (Dependant on the supply of development deals we close in a month)

- You will need to be a confident Independent Architect as there will be no Senior Architect to guide you.
- The application process is pretty simple. Send us a portfolio of residential planning applications, construction drawings & schedule of materials you've specifically worked on etc. If they are up to scratch, we will be in touch!
Part-time hours: 15 per week
You will be able to work 15hours during the time you are assigned a project as flexibly as you like.
We will allow a potential candidate to also work a 9-5 at a different company and have this role as a second job.
