Like all consulting firms, we are only as good as our people. To continue our strong growth, we are looking to recruit an Office Assistant for our London office of ~ 115 people.
The role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our London-based team and ensuring the smooth-running of the London office. This is a hands-on and varied position, juggling a wide range of tasks. It is a part-time role, from Tuesday to Thursday (3 full days), and due to the nature of the role, you would to required to be based in the office on those days. The Office Assistant position sits within our international support team of Executive Assistants and Office Managers.
Core responsibilities:
- Working with the Office Manager to create a best-in-class office environment
- Acting as a team assistant to the London-based team
- Managing front-of-house duties e.g. meeting and greeting guests, preparing meeting rooms & taking deliveries
- General office tasks: Ordering of office supplies, maintaining and ordering for the office snack cupboard, arranging couriers, answering the main phone line and redirecting calls as necessary
- Arranging office events and ‘personal’ celebrations e.g. weekly quizzes, Pizza Wednesdays, birthday cake/cards, wedding presents
- Simple maintenance of printers (refilling paper & toner as needed)
- Supporting the team with printing, binding and other administrative tasks
- Occasional support with booking travel arrangements for staff
- Assisting the Executive Assistants with ad-hoc tasks
- Performing the basic-level duties required of an office Health & Safety Representative, and acting as office fire warden and first aider alongside the rest of the support team
- Providing occasional support to other operational streams when needed

- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Display high levels of integrity when dealing with sensitive information
- Have 3 good A-levels or equivalent experience

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
