We are looking for a total of four compassionate and dedicated support workers, to join our team based at Charlton House. Charlton House is a modern Community Resource Centre (CRC) based in Keynsham which is registered to provide care and support for residents needing residential, nursing and dementia care.


These four available posts are on a full-time basis covering 37 hours per week on a 4-week rota on permanent basis.


As a Support Worker, you will:


  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing.
  • Promote resident’s independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the best standards of care.
  • Adhere to and complete accurate and timely records of the care and support provided to residents.
  • Providing support to access third party and NHS services.
  • Be a strong team player and work on own initiative when needed.
  • Promote positive lifestyle choices, offering individuals the opportunity and motivation to achieve their best.

This post attracts a welcome payment of 5% of the starting salary for the grade to enable individuals to join our permanent workforce. This is payable upon successful completion of your probationary period.
