About Delivering Demand

The Delivering Demand mission:

“To Help Aesthetics Clinics Win New Clients and Grow Their Business”

Our goal is to become a long-term growth partner that helps our clients build their dream business and develop their personal freedom.

This mission also applies to our own team. Although we are based in Derby, we operate a remote working approach and we encourage our team to work from anywhere in the world and achieve their own personal goals!

We are most productive when our teammates are fulfilled, challenged, and striving to hit both professional and personal goals.

We are A-players who show up for both with full force, living an integrated lifestyle defined by nothing less than excellence.

Our #1 Core Value: Be Responsible

Not as in, “be responsible adults”...because we most certainly are not. But as in, Take Responsibility. For yourself, for your clients, for the wins, and especially for the failures. We own mistakes, and use them as an opportunity to get better. The only two words you will never hear at this company are “fault” and “blame.”

If this culture does not resonate with you, please do not bother applying.

Skills Needed

· Copywriting

Copywriting is a fundamental skill for social media marketing. The ability to translate your knowledge into good copy is required in many areas of a social media manager’s role. An ability to understand a market and write from the client perspective is essential.

· Social Media Management / PPC campaigns

Social media has evolved a great deal over recent years, and we have moved away from mostly plain text-based updates towards visual content such as images and videos.

Designing content and creating visuals is becoming an essential skill for social media managers. Understanding how Facebook and Instagram works in terms of how to increase engagement and report on performance is an important aspect of social media management.

We want you to be the guiding light when it comes to measuring the performance across various social channels. As such, learning the ins and outs of social media metrics and judging which ones are meaningful for the individual business is essential when working on social media account.

· Image Design / Video editing

Although this role is not a graphic designer position, a working knowledge of how to use image software (ideally Canva) and using video editing software to edit videos to fit social media platform requirements would be an advantage.

· Attention to Detail (Written)

As businesses increasingly rely on social media to add to their brand and credibility, strong written English language skills especially spelling, grammar, punctuation, tone, structure are a core part of the role

· Flexibility / Time Management

Our clients use social media to launch new products and services which sometimes means working to deadlines.

· Market Awareness (Preferred)

Candidates with knowledge / experience of the aesthetics industry and in particular some of the more high-end treatments such as Morpheus8, hydrafacial, 3D Lipo, Cryo etc would be at an advantage. Knowing who the customer / audience is and what they value is essential.
