All Things Wild is a thriving and successful zoo and family attraction based on the edge of the Cotswolds, situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the country and easily accessible from several major cities. The business has grown rapidly since its inception in 2012.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Marketing Assistant who, in conjunction with the management, can developconsistent, informed and innovative marketing campaigns to effectively promote the All Things Wild brand.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Plan, implement and evaluate marketing, using digital and traditional media and other tools.
- Manage the marketing budgets to ensure the best return on investments.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of the All Things Wild brand identity both on and off site.
- Develop and implement effective customer focused strategies to drive footfall and product sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning for and attending regular departmental and management meetings.
- Managing company social media channels, including Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Engages daily in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
- Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content.
- To assist with the website maintenance, content and development.
- Helping to maintain the photo and video library for the park.
- Assist with marketing communications.
- Overseeing the creative approach and implementation of marketing campaigns, to ensure the successful delivery of a robust and innovative marketing mix.
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing (ie Degree, CIM Diploma), another relevant qualification, or equivalent experience
- Experience of campaign planning / project management
- An interest in our mission relating to conservation and education.
- Excellent relationship building skills, liaising with colleagues across the zoo to deliver multi-dimensional projects.
This is a part-time position, working 16 hours per week over 4 days (there is some flexibility with working times/days).
Salary dependent on experience.
