Are you a Student looking for work to fit around your studies. We are recruiting for Part Time Customer Service Advisors to work evenings and weekends.
This role is perfect for you if are studying, as BGL Insurance will offer you flexibility to work remotely at your place of study within the UK during term time. There would be an expectation for you to work in one of our Contact Centres based in Peterborough and Sunderland 75% of the time during your educational holidays.
Working hours are Monday to Friday working 5pm till 8pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays or Sundays. This is a 12-month rolling fixed term contract.

Responsibilities:- Take inbound calls from potential and existing customers, dealing with car, van and home insurance queries.
- Maintain high standards for our own and partnership brands.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer first time, every time.
- Take responsibility for our customers and provide resolutions.
It doesn't matter if you've never worked in a contact centre or within an insurance environment before, we will provide you with a comprehensive training programme, all we ask is for the following…
- Ideally six months experience working within a customer service environment, this could be from a variety of backgrounds including retail, contact centre and hospitality (face to face, by phone or in written form).
- A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate responsibility for customer concerns and resolution.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
