Are you an experienced HR Manager seeking a part time role? I am currently working with a leading Hospitality brand in their search for an experienced HR professional to join their fun and friendly team. ·Part time HR Manager (24 hours per week) ·Tewkesbury, Gloucester with fortnightly travel to Bristol ·Hybrid ·£24-25.5k pro rata This is a key role for the business which will involve working with key stakeholders to drive the people agenda. You will coach and develop managers to be self sufficient and lead on key projects around Succession Planning and Attraction Plans. You will have a full generalist remit covering ER, Recruitment, HR Analytics's, Inductions and Talent Development. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager from the Hospitality or Retail sector who has strong influencing skills and thrives in a fast paced environment. Ashley Kate HR & Finance
