The George Hotel in Lichfield has a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Front Office Team.
You will be using a computerised system to handle guest bookings and enquiries, ensuring correct payments and guest requirements are recorded. You will be expected to offer expert information and guidance to guests and visitors whilst actively promoting the hotel’s facilities to ensure guests extract the maximum benefit from their stay.

The successful candidate will have outstanding customer service and communication skills as the role involves dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone. IT skills are also essential. Previous hotel reception experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
This is a part time position, working 3 shifts per week to include some weekend work. Shift times are between 7am-3.30pm and 2.30pm-11pm.
