We are currently recruiting for an instantly recognisable, global leading, luxury hair care brand. As a company they own several iconic brands, and their products are sold in over 100 different countries. This is working within a fast-paced premium retail industry where they are looking for someone who is customer focussed and has face to face selling skills.
Role:
This role is working in one of the top department stores providing a high level of customer service. This is working for a market leading brand, promoting and selling the brand to customers, carrying out demonstrations and providing an excellent experience for customers.
Responsibilities:
· Actively engage with customers to establish their needs, offer guidance and generate sales.
· Able to establish rapport with customers, adapting their approach as required.
· Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Mystery Shopper & selling guidelines.
· Inform customers about our products and services in a positive and knowledgeable way.
· Maintain high standards of stock replenishment and ensure all items are on display and correctly priced.
Candidate:
· Face to face selling skills.
· Experience within retail would be beneficial but not essential.
· Highly presentable and very well groomed.
· Self-motivated, passionate, empathetic, approachable.
· Results orientated.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Package:
· Basic Salary £22,800
· Very achievable £8,000 p/a bonus scheme paid MONTHLY (which everyone in the team achieved last year)
