What you will be doing...
What are the role requirements?
- Assist and advise customers who contact us through our Jet2holidays 24/7 Customer Helpline, providing support and guidance on each and every call.
- Work in partnership with our customer facing Overseas colleagues in-resort to resolve any issues relating to in-resort challenges, experiences or complaints.
- Offer appropriate resolutions so our customers can get on with enjoying their well-deserved holiday, wherever possible.
- Support with any associated administrative tasks and accurate logging of all incidents reported and actions taken.
- Effectively prioritise urgent calls and tasks within their daily workload.
- Effectively implement and adhere to Jet2holidays standards of customer care and policies.
- As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be an Ambassador for our brand.
What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?
We are looking for individuals who share our passion for going above and beyond, delivering a VIP experience to our customers and colleagues. The calls our Part Time Virtual Customer Service Representatives support with can be challenging and serious in nature. Our team are here to guide and support our customers at these times. By providing this service, we are able to make sure each customer has a positive experience and are fully supported throughout the duration of their holiday.
You will have:
- Telephone-based customer service contact centre experience or in resort travel industry experience - ideally will have up to date knowledge of relevant airline or tour operations legislation and customer service policies.
- Proven experience of dealing with emergency situations and serious customer incidents would be beneficial as a high degree of empathy is required in this role.
- Effective decision-making and problem solving skills are a must.
- Genuine passion for going above and beyond for our customers.
- The ability to work extremely well in pressurised circumstances - this is essential to the role.
- A clear, engaging and supportive communication style
This role is available to start on Monday 3rd April or Tuesday 2nd May 2023 on a part time, fixed term contract basis until 1st November 2023. Your working pattern will involve working on a fixed shift basis, which can include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
If you are successful, in joining us, we will provide a comprehensive virtual training and induction programme, in order to give you the tools to perform in the role well.
