Mrs Potts Chocolate House aims to give customers a warm and inviting space to visit with friends and family and a feel-good experience with amazing chocolate inspired food.

We are looking for part-time front of house staff to join our friendly team this summer!

The right candidate should have a positive attitude be able to work fast under pressure while maintaining product quality. We're looking for a reliable team player who can also work alone on initiative, and has a passion for all things chocolate!

Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare and serve desserts and drinks to a high standard
• Maintain positive and friendly interactions with customers, providing an excellent experience
• Cleaning duties as required
• Keep the store and food preparation areas clean, tidy and organised
• Making cookie sandwiches, sundaes and milkshakes, drizzling chocolate, baking cookies, with the possibility of training on cake decoration
• Any other tasks as required

Job details

• Part time & Full time roles available, on weekdays and weekends
• Zero hours contract
• Pay is dependent on age
• Reporting to Cardiff Store Manager
• This role will be based in our Cardiff store at 34 St Mary Street, CF10 1AB

Qualifications/Requirements

• Previous hospitality experience is desirable, but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-25 per week

Salary: £5.50-£10.50 per hour
