Tamper is Hiring a Barista!
As a very high capacity New Zealand-style eatery, coffee is at the core of our business, and the name Tamper has become synonymous with good coffee in Sheffield. Working alongside a strong team of fellow passionate baristas, this is an opportunity to work with industry leading equipment and an ever changing roster of world class coffees from Ozone and Hasbean coffee roasters. We want to be forever ingrained as Sheffield’s number one coffee spot, and we want you to be a part of it!
We are seeking baristas with at least a years experience in the specialty coffee industry, with a proven track record for making high quality espresso based drinks.
You will need to be proficient at steaming milk, dialling-in espresso, keeping your workstation clean and pouring latte art as well as having a working knowledge of all of the common specialty coffee drinks.
You’ll be joining a team of several hard working and committed baristas, so an easy going, friendly attitude is also key for this role.
Part to Full Time Hours considered, weekend availability a must. Competitive pay based on experience.
