The Wilderness is a rock and roll fine dining restaurant in the Jewellery Quarter. We have the best guests in the city (sorry, but it's true) and we've remained one of the most exciting restaurants in Birmingham for almost 8 years - just ask The Good Food Guide. We hold 3 AA rosettes, we've made it on to some lists and bagged some awards along the way, but most importantly, we know who we are, what we do, and we're passionate about doing things differently.

You’ll be supported by our stupidly talented (award-winning) FOH team, fronted by superstar Sommelier and GM, Sonal Clare. Previous hospitality experience is essential. We absolutely encourage applicants from all backgrounds and all walks of life.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-45 per week
Salary: £9.90-£10.42 per hour
