Part time egg packer Ottery Saint Mary, England
Job description
We are looking for hard-working, dedicated people to join our family-run poultry farm near Ottery St Mary in Devon. This position is for a flexible, part time worker for around 32 hours per week to help collect and pack eggs with potential for more responsibilities if desired.
Experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Hours are from 7am to 3:30pm with shifts assigned by team leader including weekend work and holiday cover. Pay will start from £9.50 to £11.50 per hour depending on age, skills and experience.
Responsibilities:
-Primarily collection, grading and packing fertile hatching eggs using automated packer system.
-Some animal husbandry and welfare.
-Maintain high levels of hygiene & biosecurity and health & safety.
-Essential time-keeping and attendance.
-Own transport is required.
