Driver/ Valeter – SEAT
The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team at Pulman SEAT in Sunderland as a Driver/ Valeter. Focused on delivering a fantastic customer experience this is a vitally important role.
This is a part time role working Thursday & Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Main duties include:
- Build & maintain an excellent relationship with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
- Park repaired cars in the car park in preparation for collection & delivery.
- Ensure courtesy cars are parked in the allocated space ready for customer use.
- Collect and deliver vehicles across the UK
- To maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and care of all customer and display/demonstrator vehicles.
- General site maintenance
The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, have high standards of vehicle presentation be a team player but have the initiative to work unsupervised with a focus on delivering a fantastic customer experience. It is essential that you hold a full driving licence.
