Job Title: Part Time Customer Service Advisor
Location: Remote
Salary: £21,320 basic salary with an OTE up to £26,100 (pro-rata for part-time)
Contract: Part-time (14 hours per week), permanent
Shifts: 4 evenings a week Monday-Friday (6pm-8pm) and either an early (8am-2:30pm) or a late (1:30pm-8pm) shift on a Sunday – every Saturday off!
Start Date: 9th May 2023

What will I be doing?
- Striving towards sales goals or retaining customers who are coming to the end of their policy
- Engaging with Customers and building confidence to deliver outstanding customer outcomes on every call
- Identifying customer needs to ensure the correct products are promoted to them whilst resolving all queries
- Pushing for better by using resources, tools and systems available to offer the best customer outcome
- Maintaining focus and composure during peak call times, ensuring each customer receives the same exceptional level of customer service

From the first day of your journey at the AA, we’re here to support you at every step. Our expert trainers will guide you through your first few weeks of your induction where you should expect to learn lots about how you’ll support our customers in a fun, collaborative and engaging learning environment. You'll then progress onto the Academy where you'll be supported by your Line Manager and colleagues until you become an expert in our behaviours, products, and systems.
