Job Description
Gressingham is a family-owned business. It has grown to become the largest Duck Producer in the UK.
We have an opportunity for a Part time Commercial Farm Worker to join our business working at our site in Skegness.
Requirements of Farm Worker:
- Supporting the farm in the day to day running and to produce Ducks of the highest standards
- Ensuring Poultry Welfare standards are maintained ant that you and the team maintain safe working practices
- Ensuring provision of ventilation, feed, water and optimal conditions are kept at optimum levels
- Having a good attitude and being reliable
- Maintaining up to date and accurate records
- Assisting with bedding up, mucking out and wash down of site when turnaround of birds happens

Job Type: Part time
Hours of work: Friday – Monday from 7.30am – 11.30am
Salary: £9.50 per hour Friday and Monday
£12.66 per hour Saturday and Sunday
