Property Guardian is a Lead in the marlet of Cleaning services to valued customers, the candidate is responsible for their own tax and NI contributions as this is a self employed role. Must be comfortable to take responsibility in someones home and commercial environment. This may include locking up or setting alarms as/when neccessary. The role is Part time and is what you make of it. A dynamic worker who works smart will result in achieved success with the business.
Must be happy to work evening or weekends occasionally. Must hold a Full drivers licence as will need to travel to and from locations
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 5-10 per week
Salary: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
