Job Purpose
We are looking for an internal business development assistant to help build our partnership programme. The right candidate will have bags of enthusiasm and energy, tasked with generating appointments and supporting our business development managers. You will have excellent communication skills, making phone calls to prospects and introducing our business and services.
Recommended for somebody with childcare commitments wanting 24-30 hours, or as a job-share between two people wanting to share 12-16 hours each.
This role is straight-forward, without high pressure and is perfect for somebody with administration experience, wanting to try something new. You will be responsible for booking face-to-face meetings with potential clients, and proactively working with our sales team to improve and maintain our brand awareness.

Responsibilities
· Qualify Leads from marketing campaigns as opportunities
· Contact potential clients through phone calls and emails
· Present our company to potential clients
· Proactively seek new business opportunities
· Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and BDM’s
· Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
· To carry out any other duties as requested by your line manager
· Maintain up-to-date admin of our CRM system and BDM diaries (full training will be provided)
