Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Completing reconciliation of contractor supplier invoices, collating Ministry of Defence (MOD) time-sheet data from electronic sources and comparing to data provided by suppliers. Record variation and seek additional information from relevant stakeholder through appropriate channels. Ensure electronic records of all financial documentation are retained on SharePoint and HEO is informed of any discrepancies.
- Providing telephone support to the Flexible Healthcare Worker (FHW) User Community responding to calls in a timely manner and redirecting calls to the most appropriate team member.
- Managing the Contact Management Team (CMT) Multi-user email inbox assigning incoming mail to the appropriate team member and highlighting any mail of an urgent nature to ensure it is acted on in a timely manner.
- Responding to contractor emails which reject placed demand orders ensuring both suppliers are aware of rejection and liaising with submitters, providing support and guidance, to ensure all demand orders are effectively resubmitted.

Selection process details
This job role may be suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station which is based on business assessment of where the work is best done) and working from home as a personal choice (if the role is suitable for this). If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.
The sift will be completed within 5 working days of the vacancy closing date. Interviews will be held at HQ Defence Medical Services Whittington, Coltman House on a date to be confirmed.
There will be no reimbursement for any travel expenses for the interview.
Please note the salary will be pro-rata where part time hours are undertaken.
All employees joining Ministry of Defence who are new to the Civil Service will be subject to a 6-month probation period (unless otherwise advised) effective from the employment start date.
