Around each village, the Food and Beverage department employs around 350 team members across a number of restaurants, cafés and bars, as well as a production kitchen.
Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie
- £11.96 - £12.56 per hour plus tips*

As a Line Chef / Junior Chef de Partie, you’ll work under the direction of the Kitchen Manager in an environment that combines popular menus and quality food, with the very best in service – using fresh produce and ingredients to prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes/meals for our guests. In addition, you will assist the Kitchen Managers with the general supervision and coaching of the Kitchen Assistants and deputise for the Kitchen Managers in their absence; maintaining the smooth running of the kitchen.
For any cook, chef or kitchen assistant, it’s a superb opportunity to gain additional experience in a busy setting and develop your chef skills through our excellent in-house training programme.
Occasional flexibility in your working hours will be required for training purposes.

HOURS OF WORK
We have full time contracts available. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will be naturally helpful, enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills. You’ll also need to demonstrate previous experience as a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie including supervisory and training experience or previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant within a quality establishment producing a range of dishes using fresh produce.
A good standard of spoken and written English is required.
Desirable requirements:
- Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate
- Formal cooking qualification or willingness to study towards
