This is a fantastic opportunity to join our award winning and expanding Tree Care company as a Part Time Administrator, based at our head office in Reigate, in a quiet, rural location, with plenty of free parking.

As an experienced administator you would be working 20 hrs a week, with flexibility on times between 08:00am and 17:00pm. The ideal candidate must be available to work 5 days week, Monday to Friday.

You should have excellent IT (Microsoft Office) numeracy and literacy skills. The majority of our communications is via the telephone so you must be confident in dealing with customers and colleagues over the phone.
The ideal candidate will have strong administration experience in the services industry, together with outstanding customer service and an eye for detail.

We offer a salary of £11,000 - £12,000 pa, plus company performance-based bonus, 28 days holiday and a company pension. Perks include casual dress, free parking, free tea/coffee/fruit (and biscuits – but don’t tell the boss !!)

Main Duties
· Entering data and sending correspondence to clients.
· Booking appointments for commercial and domestic clients, producing quotations, processing accepted quotations and subsequent delivery of those works, to include council checks and applications, booking of parking suspensions and traffic management and other supporting requirements.
· Ensuring delivery of an exceptional standard of customer care is maintained at all times in line with the company systems and procedures.
· Administering managers daily electronic diaries.
· Everyday tasks to include processing of customer payments and raising invoices.
· Updating the works programming database on a daily basis.
· Online checking of Tree Preservation Orders (TPO) statuses and tree ownership.
Essential Skills / Experience
· Experience of working in a fast-paced service industry.
· Use of all MS Office applications, including multiple Outlook diaries.
· Excellent team working skills with the desire to work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues.
· Professional approach with a friendly and helpful manner when dealing with clients or colleagues.
· Ability to multi task and prioritise conflicting work demands.
· Ability to plan, carry out and complete projects or tasks within agreed timescales.
· Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, with attention to detail.
· Ability to remain calm under pressure.
