Job Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant for Capital Raising at our firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fundraising team by providing administrative and organizational assistance. You will help streamline processes, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth communication between team members and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Management: Organize and maintain accurate records, including investor profiles, transaction documents, and legal agreements.
Communication Support: Facilitate communication between the capital raising team, investors, and other relevant parties, including scheduling meetings and responding to inquiries.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports for fundraising presentations, investor meetings, and conferences.
Database Management: Update and maintain the investor and prospect databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Research and Analysis: Assist in market research and competitor analysis to support fundraising strategies and decision-making.
Compliance: Ensure that all fundraising activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in finance or capital raising.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
