For this role you will receive a salary of £21,568.18 - £23,866.18 pro rata per annum.

The purpose of this role is to cover the reception desk and to be the first point of contact for visitors to Community Lives Consortium Head Office, welcoming visitors and answering the telephone. You will also assist the Administration Team and other departments with administration tasks, including using spreadsheets and databases.

The successful candidate will have a relevant qualification in the use of I.T. e.g. Microsoft/Computer Skills Course or equivalent. You will also have experience of reception duties, taking and transferring calls, general administration and office procedures and be skilled at using Windows and Google based software, internet and emails.

You will be required to work between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Tuesday to Friday, however flexibility will be required to provide cover when required.
