Pay Grade: LBR 3 Scale Point 5
Hours required: 25 hours per week x 44.26 weeks
10.00am-3.00pm Monday – Friday (term time only) with flexibility on timings
Actual gross annual salary: £14,682

The school is seeking to appoint enthusiastic Administration Assistant.

Downshall Primary School is a successful school serving a diverse social and ethnic community.

Duties will include:

• Typing, computer administration;
• Updating the School website;
• Drafting and sending letters to parents;
• Designing the end of term newsletter and preparing leaflets, posters and documents;
• Organising and preparing meeting venues and refreshments;
• Minute taking;
• Reception duties;
• Greeting and dealing with parents & visitors;
• Ordering of goods, control of deliveries and associated record keeping
