We are professional, social, fast-paced, and our goal is to offer a comprehensive range of site services including pressure testing, chlorination, and sampling to our customers, carried out by our engineers at Technical Innovation Site Services.

About the job
The job itself will entail;
- Answering phone calls from our customers and engineers
- Replying to emails
- Booking in jobs that we receive from our customers and scheduling them in with our engineers
- Obtaining all required information that is needed to complete a job
- Invoicing customers and chasing overdue invoices
- Sending over analysis results to customers, once a job has been completed
- Cover AL of other administrator's when it's required, plenty of notice will be given
We are looking for someone who is;
- Confident with liaising with customers
- Excellent organisation & planning skills
- Eager to complete a new task and develop a new skill
- Willing to work in a team as well as, an individual
- Good IT skills (Using Excel, Word etc)
- Ability to prioritise tasks without supervision
- Attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: From £10.50 per hour
