Job Description

This is a great opportunity to work in a fantastic team at one of our flagship convenience stores in Derby Bus Station. Some of your key tasks will include:

  • Ensuring food sales are maximised through achieving excellent Customer Service.
  • Welcoming Customers to our Food to Go cafe effectively
  • Recognising opportunities for additional sales
  • Ability to deal with customer queries and complaints, referring to management where appropriate.
  • Supporting the Food to Go Manager in ensuring that stock is replenished and administration is completed accurately.
  • Producing 'made to order' sandwiches and other food items in line with Food Safety law.
