Job Description
This is a great opportunity to work in a fantastic team at one of our flagship convenience stores in Derby Bus Station. Some of your key tasks will include:
- Ensuring food sales are maximised through achieving excellent Customer Service.
- Welcoming Customers to our Food to Go cafe effectively
- Recognising opportunities for additional sales
- Ability to deal with customer queries and complaints, referring to management where appropriate.
- Supporting the Food to Go Manager in ensuring that stock is replenished and administration is completed accurately.
- Producing 'made to order' sandwiches and other food items in line with Food Safety law.
