Job description
We need to find an experienced Admin (also to provide for leave cover for Reception) to deal with enquiries from both existing and prospective Clients and perform other standard administrative duties.
The ability to deal with the general public both in person and over the telephone in a positive and professional manner is key to this role. Being able to type accurately and quickly (including the transcription of audio dictations) is also important in an environment where all interactions with Clients and the general public need to be recorded accurately.
Although, experience in a legal environment is not essential, preference will be given to those who have demonstrable experience in a professional environment and have undertaken similar duties.
We use an industry standard work management system, and the ability to operate this will be essential to the role.
Working hours are 0900 – 1400 Monday to Friday.
